Commercial real estate markets generally appear to have stabilized, though at weak levels. However, hotel room rates in the Greater Boston area increased sharply since the summer, in part for seasonal reasons, and landed well above their year-earlier levels. Although international freight conditions have reportedly recovered, broad disruptions across various modes of inland domestic transportation remain. Adverse weather conditions negatively impacted agricultural yields across the District, including for cherries, grapes, and nuts.
